Our Team
TOM
Tom is our director aka big boss man. His impressive 15 year career in building has gained him extensive knowledge of all things construction. With people skills that are second to none and put together with his building know-how, he’s the best man to manage your projects, big or small.
michael
Michael is our Senior Qualified Builder City of Sails Construction team. He’s been bought on as we are beginning to grow and need an extra pair of experienced hands. A qualified builder with lots of experience, he specialises in high-end homes and more recently architectural tiny homes.
ALEX
Alex is our newly Qualified Builder and longest standing employee. He has been with the company through thick and thin, from the very start! He started his building career in commercial builds, then came over to the CSC team 4 years ago, where he’s grown a great base of knowledge in residential building. Not only is he very friendly and always smiling, he is also a very hard worker.
MATT
Matt, our Senior Apprentice at City of Sails Construction. He is a vital part of the CSC family. Matt is our in-house digger, frame maker and hardware installer. Without his enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things, we wouldn’t be able to achieve what we do.
ruaridh
Ruaridh is our Junior Apprentice. He was studying architecture, but found an interest in construction which lead him to to join the CSC team in late 2023. His background in architecture gives him a unique perspective on-site, and his eye for detail means his work is always of high standard.
